Upon arrival at the hotel, please pick up your wrist bands at the registration desk located in front of the upstairs Ballroom.

Please collect your room key at the hotel reception desk.

Refund and Exchange Policy  
All event passes are non-refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to another person who wishes to buy it from you. You must notify us of the transfer by emailing us at swingresolution@gmail.com, or use the Contact page on this website.

These budget-friendly ticket includes your full event pass and accommodation at the super stylish A&O Hotel, located right behind the main venue on the same block.

All rooms are private dorms, and you can either:

Book the whole room with your dance friends, or share with awesome strangers of the same gender.


This deal covers Thursday to Monday (4 nights) – so you’re sorted for the whole weekend!
